High Intensity (HIIT)

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

 

Spin & Conditioning

Come to work in this fun, athletic, cardiovascular indoor cycling class. Start peddling & let the music take you on a ride!! Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat! All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Bring a water bottle, & a sweat towel!

 

Low Intensity (LIIT)

Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) Suitable for all levels! This class is designed to work through all ranges of motion, keep you moving & having fun! Functional activities, body weight training & a great stretch!

 

Yoga Meditation & More

A gentle blend of opening postures, relaxation, mindfulness, and meditation. Highly recommended for all those participating in fitness classes to attend at least one/week to see results!
