Fitness classes

Nadi-Early Bird Bootcamp

This early morning powerhouse is sure to carve your body into shape. A progressive 6-week program will focus on Endurance, Stability, and Strength. Drop-Ins welcome. 

Using a mix of styles: HIIT, TRX, Cardio, & Plyometrics this class is the best way to start the day!

Cardio Step & Sculpt

This calorie-scorching class combines cardio, dance, body sculpting, and high-intensity exercises to help increase your cardiovascular capacity and endurance! You can’t help but leave with a smile on your face after this heart-pumping 45 min workout… An incredible way to start your day!  

Booty & Barre

 A blend of resistance training, core strengthening, lightweights, and high repetitions Yoga Barre will shape sculpt and tone your body in every way. Using the fundamentals of dance training, high output, and low impact techniques to strengthen and condition.

 You’ll feel the results immediately & enjoy its effective simplicity, beginners welcome!

Full Body Nadi

Full Body Nadi!  This class is designed to sculpt, strengthen and tone your entire body, this workout incorporates high rep sequences using weights, a variety of props and body weight. Keeping you energized and motivated as you work to lengthen and tighten your core, arms and legs. Expect to be challenged in new ways to feel the burn and love the results. 

Tabata HIIT Training

Always options and modifications for beginners, everyone welcome! This class is a form of high-intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. This is an amazing way to increase your metabolic rate & melt fat away. Circuit style class designed to give the full body an efficient and effective workout. You’ll leave this one feeling unstoppable- a perfect place for body transformation.  

Align & Define

Build a solid foundation of core strength, alignment principles and muscle tone in this class. Incorporating biomechanic principles of alignment, and traditional asana; you’ll define your muscles by refining your movement. 

Spin Cycle

Come to work in this fun, athletic, cardiovascular indoor cycling class. Start peddling & let the music take you on a ride!! Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat! All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Bring a water bottle, & a sweat towel!

 

Spin/Conditioning

Spin & Conditioning is a combo class where indoor cycling meets strength training. Start with cycling to get your heart rate up and blood pumping, or the floor for strength training. Using a variety of weights, bands, and gliders this combo class keeps you moving!

 

Yoga and Meditation

Gentle Hatha Yoga

Each week you will be welcomed into a calming, stress-relieving yoga class designed to gradually stretch and strengthen the body This class will focus on connecting breath to movement while gently building strength and flexibility.
Leave feeling centered and relaxed. Suitable for all experience levels.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga workouts transform your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement + conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice.  

Yoga Barre

This class blends all the amazingness of yoga and barre into one tight-fitting package.

Heart, Hips, & Hamstrings Flow Yoga

This heart and hip opening vinyasa flow class is designed to help you open up; open up to your potential, your experience, the sensations your body presents, the wisdom and inspiration available to you and to gratitude. This class will have you feeling wide open and ready to receive. Unwind from the day and unlock knotted tension in this 60 min class.

Recharge & Restore Yoga

Start your week off right!! Recharge and Restore Yoga is a supported, conscious body/mind relaxation practice. When supported with props, the body relaxes and opens, releasing tension and stress. Restorative poses offer benefits to both the body and mind. Students will hold a small number of relaxing poses for extended periods of time to enjoy some deep meditative time and stress relief.  

Gentle Restorative

This is a practice that unites one’s body, mind, and spirit by quieting the mind and creating a sense of peace through stillness and gentle movement. Become aware of the innate healing properties of restorative yoga in this gentle and mindful class. Using lots of props, pillows, blankets, and blocks you will melt into relaxation. Everyone welcome. Beginner  friendly.
